History

Dennis Kennedy, President and founder of the National Diversity and Inclusion Council created the DEIB Consortium with one mission in mind: to provide a centralized source for DEIB where organizations can easily find groundbreaking solutions and resources.

Full inclusion is key to organizations, Diversity, Equity, Inclusion and Belonging drive innovation and growth, yet achieving full inclusion is complicated, the DIBE Consortium is created to help organizations achieve their DEIB goals.

With a team of over 50 DEIB practitioners, Institutes, Councils, Resources, and Associations, Mr. Kennedy determined the best way to do this was to create a cooperative network. In the third quarter of 2021, he materialized this by founding the consortium and put together the resources and expertise needed to guide individuals and business organizations in their bid to foster inclusion into business development and purposeful results.
