The Diversity First Consortium recognizes organizations and individuals who have made a significant and lasting impact through their DEI efforts. Recipients of these award represent a variety of sectors and are committed to developing and improving professional environments for people from diverse backgrounds.

These areas of recognition and awards highlight DEI contributions in categories such as diverse and inclusive workplace cultivation, Corporate Social Responsibility efforts, mentoring programs, DEI branding, and directly contributing to the business growth and strategic direction of their organization.

Recipients are also awarded for personal achievements such as reaching the top of their respective fields, maintaining a record of accomplishments in areas of expertise, and being an effective role model who inspires others.
